My leadership journey began during my service as an Infantryman in the United States Army, where I developed the discipline and grit to persevere through difficult situations. Since then, I have had the honor and privilege to lead sales teams in Fortune 50 companies and smaller local businesses - comfortable in the board room or on the farm. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can leverage my expertise in door to door sales and complicated sales situations. My approach blends analytical thinking with creativity and experience to delver exceptional value to my team and clients. I am particularly proud of the impact our solar projects have on farming operations and the rural economy. As the grandson of a dairy farmer, the work ethic and determination to exceed expectations fuels my competitive fire.
