Project Director/ Project Manager / Design Manager Certified Project Director, Project Manager and Registered Architect with 20+ years’ experience in local and remote area construction, specialising in high-risk project developments particular to Industrial, Defence (NV1 Clearance), Mining & Resources (NPI). Extensive experience in Commercial Office, Warehouse and Workshops inclusive of maintenance facilities for Rail, Surface Mining, Explosives, Agriculture and Logistics. Previous experience in Multi-Storey CBD office and high-density residential development providing comprehensive and fully integrated project management/design management skills in the coordination of built form, civil and site services infrastructure. Project experience includes individual contract packages from $20m -$200m+ and experience in management and coordination of multiple concurrent project packages of $500m+. Strong leadership, continuous self-reflection and maintaining currency in people and project management skills has allowed me to negotiate positive and significant change throughout my career. With a project-focused mindset, supported by excellent communications skills tailored to suit the unique requirements of stakeholders at every level of the project (from board through to community), I continue to put people, relationships, and safety at the forefront. Navigating the complexities of understanding benefits, demonstrating value, and delivering multi-discipline engineering solutions to the satisfaction of management, stakeholder, end users – on time and on budget - continues to create excitement.
