I am an experienced project manager with over 15 years of experience in leading and executing multiple projects and programs that delivered value, quality, and efficiency to my clients and stakeholders. I hold a master's degree in business administration with a focus on project management, and I am a certified scrum master and registered dietitian. I am a Licensed Realtor with Keller Williams, serving the greater Puget Sound area. Hala is Bilingual, serving English and Arabic speaking clients. My core competencies include managing projects related to manufacturing process improvement, new business development, hospitality, e-commerce, and cloud migration, using agile methodologies, lean transformation, six sigma, and 5S tools. I have successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment, collaboration, and timely delivery of project goals and outcomes. I have also demonstrated strong sales and marketing skills, as well as policy and process improvement skills, to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue. In my most recent role, I established and managed a new auto sales business, where I oversaw all aspects of operations, P&L, licensing, and client management. Previously, I worked as an inbound area manager at Amazon, where I managed over 100 direct reports and contributed to several projects that enhanced productivity, quality, and safety in the fulfillment center.
