With over ten years of extensive experience in management and leadership, I utilize my strategic skills to foster positive changes and enhance efficiency within organizations. I specialize in building and implementing transformative strategies that impact every aspect of organizational performance, with a particular focus on improving the quality of life, and the work environment, and aligning them with values. Through my strategic thinking and leadership skills, I have achieved tangible successes in goal setting and developing the necessary plans to achieve them, alongside my ability to inspire and lead teams towards these goals with high efficiency. During my career, I have embraced the role of a change leader who does not shy away from major challenges and constantly strives for innovation and progress. Through teamwork, I have succeeded in motivating teams and harnessing their best abilities, leading to exceptional results that exceed expectations. I strongly believe in the importance of effective communication and building strong relationships to achieve organizational goals and the well-being of its members. Achievements- Gold Award at the First Global Happiness Conference 2020- Recognized as an Innovative Leader in 2018- Winner and nominee for several awards at the King Abdulaziz University College of Medicine and University Hospital (Change Maker, Administrative Excellence)- Developed and presented more than 8 initiatives on both professional and personal levels in improving the work environment and quality, from the idea to the execution quality, some of which have been adopted internationally- Participated as a guest speaker at various forums and media channels in both the public and private sectors. Some of the projects I have worked on- Established the "Wishes of the Household" initiative dedicated to the security men and women at King Abdulaziz University (2022)- Developed and implemented the "Challenge Journey" program for teenagers, graduating 120 participants in 2022, with more than 80 consultations for parents and over 230 guidance and counseling sessions for the children during the program- Founded the Smiles" initiative at the University Hospital- Originated and implemented the "Together We Fulfill a Wish" initiative at the College of Medicine and University Hospital in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic.
