With proven success working across non-profit, fintech, and edtech organizations, I have honed a dynamic skill set, encompassing operations, sales development, customer success, process development, and project management. Passionate about the intersection of business growth and process development, I currently serve in Got To Market Operations at Mentor Collective. Blending sales and operational experience with genuine interpersonal skills, I use data to inform decision-making, define process improvements, and design playbooks to streamline workflows. I am self-driven and intrinsically motivated to improve our sales and marketing operations because doing so means more students have equitable access to mentors. I am recognized internally and externally as a go-to leader and trusted advisor regarding all things problem-solving. While primarily working as an individual contributor, I prioritize coaching and mentorship in daily interactions with my peers. I am energized by opportunities to impart wisdom gained through my own career wins and missteps to fast-track development without sacrificing organic learning opportunities.
