With over 4 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry, I am currently a client relationship consultant 4 at U.S. Bank, where I provide exceptional service and financial guidance to customers. I am passionate about helping people achieve their unique goals and needs, whether it is buying a home, saving for retirement, or managing their everyday finances. I am also a certified notary public and loan signing agent, with expertise in real estate and escrow transactions. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the U.S. Bank team, as I am fluent in Vietnamese and English, and have a background in health care administration. In my current role, I build long-term relationships with customers, assessing their banking needs, obtaining and processing their account information, and educating them on various loan products and services. I am responsible for opening various accounts and recommending a variety of banking products specifically tailored to my customer needs. I also collaborate with my team and in different departments (such as business, wealth, payment solution) to ensure that my customers always have support from U.S. Bank when it comes to their financial needs.
