About Haley Allen

At Campus Ink, I’ve grown from student designer to leading brand and program initiatives. Over the past eight years, I’ve helped build our collegiate program from the ground up—scaling from just a handful of students to over 400 nationwide, and generating sales through thoughtful design, mentorship, and strategy. My role has allowed me to wear many hats: leading sales teams, developing brand identities, designing product collections, and launching creative campaigns that resonate with students and national audiences alike. I’ve worked closely with major apparel and lifestyle brands, executed live activations, and built e-commerce platforms that bring brands to life. What drives me is the blend of creativity and impact—solving problems through design, helping people grow, and bringing ideas into the world with intention and style. I care deeply about team culture, brand storytelling, and creating meaningful experiences at every touchpoint.I’m proud to be part of a team that’s constantly evolving, and I’m always looking for new ways to contribute, collaborate, and grow.Key Skills:Brand Strategy · Creative Direction · Program Development · Team Leadership · Sales Enablement · E-Commerce · Social Campaigns · Adobe Creative Suite · Shopify · Event Activation · Mentorship · Visual Storytelling
