About Haley B.

Helping those who are stuck in their life, wanting more or knowing they have yet to find their true purpose, is what I truly believe I have been put on this planet to do. Using my own life experiences, of setbacks and comebacks, of joy and sadness, of loneliness and supportive friends, and my realisation that Mindset Mastery is my gift to the world, I can share deeply personal examples with my clients to help them move forward. Everyday brings new joy and excitement with the development of my clients, seeing how they grow and achieve what they believed were unattainable goals. Walking alongside my clients, helping them start their journey in Mindset Mastery is where the universe wants me to be. I help my clients process and alleviate anxiety, self-reflect and change how they react and behave in certain circumstances. Through owning their journey, they begin to understand why this journey they have embarked upon will be their's for life Some of the area we work on include setting goals using an alternative process, working through false, limiting beliefs, seeing what no longer serves them, and helping to establish alternative habits, for example, to replace those no longer needed. This all helps my clients to move towards the best version of themselves, and their best life. I continue to develop my skills and knowledge to support my clients and my business. I feel my temperament is very well suited to this area, and am using one of my key attributes - my voice - to help my clients. Many of my former leadership qualities and attributes are holding me in excellent stead on my own journey in Mindset Mastery, and I am continuing to use my extraordinary creative talents to make it happen! In my previous roles, across Service Delivery Management and Leadership in Oracle Enterprise Applications, Data and Databases across the Digital, Cloud and Legacy landscapes, I became a believer in Authentic Leadership, while demonstrating a passion for my people, my customers and the continued development of the capability and the services my organisation delivered to local and global customers alike. I bring positive, contagious energy to my work, while creating a calm and safe environment for my clients' transformational development and growth.
