About Haley Baker

As a Senior Analyst at Intuitive, a leading med-tech company, I apply my skills in SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Office, project management, and development to create effective system solutions for customers and stakeholders. I work with various tools and technologies, such as MOCA and Groovy, to develop functional specifications, debug and troubleshoot system issues, and execute testing plans for system enhancements and configurations. I also provide onsite and remote training and support, and create technical documentation for end-users. I have over four years of experience as an analyst in different industries, such as computer software, logistics, and supply chain. I have contributed to the success of several projects, such as the implementation of warehouse management systems and implementing an HR Information Systems. I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University in 2018, where I was on the Dean's List for three semesters. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and solving complex problems with innovative solutions. I enjoy working in diverse and collaborative teams.
