About Haley Barrett

I am a server turned therapist who's devoted to helping people find their voice and connect to the world around them. I have experience with patients of all ages and a variety of diagnoses, but my passion is working with children who have developmental delays and disorders, especially autism. One of my special interests is working with families to use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) including speech generating programs such as: LAMP Words for Life, Core First, and PODD. I am also focusing on my skills as a feeding therapist, promoting oral motor strength and coordination as well as sensory integration during meals. At the end of the day, I'm just a woman who loves talking at eating, and I hope to bring an ease and comfort to the people who struggle with these skills.
