I am currently the Director of Operations at Advantage Treatment Center / Family Outreach service in Colorado. Our mission is to monitor and manage offenders in a residential and non-residential modality aligning them with treatment and vocational resources to best equip them for continued involvement in the community with the positive, pro-social people and events. Client Success Equals Community Success! I owned my own successful daycare for almost 23 years. Going from a small home to an experienced licensed to a large home center. Much like working at Advantage. I started out as the Admin and then got promoted to Facility Supervisor and currently the Director. I love my job and seeing the program that Advantage believes in work! Seeing clients complete the program successfully is a big part of why I continue to fight the fight and work so hard at my job. I am also the mother of 4 children. In my free time I love going on car rides, reading, cooking, and organizing. Yes, I like to organize and also clean! People that I work with know that when things get crazy I stop and clean for a little while then we can start all over again and ready to tackle the job! I love with all my heart and connections with people are extremely important to me.
