Hello! I'm Haley, an Area Lead with experience managing multi-site healthcare operations, overseeing 16 chiropractic clinics with 20+ doctors and 10+ coordinators. I drive clinic success through hands-on leadership, performance coaching, and process improvement. I am passionate about creating a continuous growth and problem-solving culture, with a strong focus on team development and operational success. I have experience leading team meetings focused on performance metrics, strategy sharing, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. My foundation in Learning and development, where I spent 3 years as an instructional designer and corporate trainer, strengthens my ability to build effective systems, training materials using adult learning theory, and cohesive teams. I am pursuing a Master’s in Business with a concentration in Healthcare Administration, graduating in August 2025. I have been inducted into the Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society, which recognizes my academic excellence and leadership potential in business. My skill set spans clinic operations, staff development, instructional design, and leadership coaching.
