I am a hardworking, dedicated Marketing graduate, looking for a company to seek my teeth into! Currently, I am a food server at a popular beloved sports bar, The Peanut. I have retained my position through out my education, cultivating important connections and learning about business up close and personal. My position as a food server has provided me with significant skills relevant to my desired career. Servers are expected to take and fulfill orders correctly and efficiently. I juggle up to 12 different tables in a high volume section, perfecting their orders and experiences simultaneously. I am responsible for their satisfaction with their service and products they are ordering. I upsell products when I get the opportunity and streamline order fulfillment to increase my profits. My job is to maintain a profitable, high volume section ensuring all customers receive a valuable experience and high quality product. My profit is sourced solely from tips from my customers, making customer satisfaction and retention my main priority. I am ready to transition into marketing and start my career. I have honed many skills instrumental to being successful in the industry, and I am excited for the nature of the work itself. I thrive in highly creative environments filled with people and projects. I enjoy the variety this industry delivers and the opportunity to make connections between companies/products and people. I am task-oriented and enjoy perfecting the small details that contribute to the larger success of a project. I believe effort is the key to success. My goal is to do a great job every time, regardless of my obstacles or circumstances. I enjoy interacting with customers and forming meaningful relationships which help grow both of our interests.
