For over two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of advocacy, public policy, and nonprofit consulting. After starting my career as a lobbyist for corporate clients, I pivoted to purpose-driven work, focusing on progressive issues such as criminal justice reform and gender-based violence, while building my expertise in strategic planning, organizational development and design, and business development. Today, I specialize in helping nonprofits navigate tough questions about their purpose, mission alignment, and sustainability. I work behind the scenes to empower leaders and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach prioritizes organizational culture change and ensures that those most impacted by decisions are at the center of the process. I am deeply committed to promoting equity, dismantling systems of privilege, and building more inclusive, human-centered structures. I thrive in facilitating bold conversations that challenge assumptions and inspire leaders to pursue meaningful change.
