About Haley Haney

In November of 2022, I received a phone call from the University of Mobile offering me the position of Director of Alumni Relations. I accepted and began in January of 2023. I have the opportunity to connect with thousands of UM Alumni and invest in the lives of current students. Prior to my career change, I served as the Marketing and Public Relations Manager for Joe Bullard Automotive Group, a family-owned automotive business in Mobile, AL. I was in charge of executing and creating all marketing and advertising efforts for Joe Bullard Automotive Group, Bullard Care, Joe Bullard Collision Center, and our 8 brands- INFINITI, Acura, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Ford, Lincoln, Jaguar, and Land Rover. I started my career in Monroeville, AL, where I was raised for most of my life. I worked at Monroeville/Monroe County Chamber of Commerce as the Office Assistant, where I developed social accounts and their eCommerce Website. I then moved to Mobile, AL for college where I then worked as the Social Media/Public Relations Assistant for a musical ensemble, RamCorps, at the University of Mobile. Upon graduation, I was hired at the university in the Advancement Office. Eager to get in my field of study, I finally landed my current job at Joe Bullard Automotive. I received my BA from the University of Mobile in Mobile, AL. During my time there, I was a Peer Leader, an Alabama Association of Interdependent Colleges and Universities Ambassador, a USS Alabama Crewmate, and an intern at the Historic Oakleigh House Museum/Historical Preservation Society. In my spare time, I run a photography and design business and enjoy photographing special moments or designing items for my clients. I live in Mobile with my husband and 3 adorable fur babies.
