I am a young professional based in small town Kentucky, whose ambition is rapidly excelling my environment. I am aiming to grow my mindset and experience into the next step in my professional and personal life. I have been in retail management since I was a high school student, quickly working my way from a part time employee to a pivotal part of growing my team and the success of our store through. I currently act as the hiring manager of Hollister Co, making it vital that I stay in tune with my team and potential additions! I take on this task through a hands on approach of getting to know my community and understanding how our individuals will work best as a unit. I have been able to achieve many set goals at a young age all while accumulating new ones that I hope to reach in the future, and feel as I can only grow in my knowledge and drive - stagnant is not in my vocabulary! I have a passion for working with people to reach a common goal, be it a consumer looker for the perfect match or a colleague needing a helping hand. I have a very positive, eager to learn mindset, ready to take on any challenge thrown my way! I believe that a great leader is born through being a vigilant follower, and leads with respect and dignity.
