About Haley Hurt

I am the Sr. Scripted Physical Production Manager at Paramount Network. In my experience, I have handled show budgets ranging from 20 million to over 200 million. One of my strengths is being able to pinpoint problems areas and create procedures to alleviate issues and streamline processes. As such, I have extensive knowledge regarding finance, unions, development as well as production management. My attention to detail as well as creative eye have allowed me to have a discerning view when it comes to budgeting while keeping a scripts' integrity. My introduction into this industry wasn't linear. I graduated college and moved to San Diego with no idea on what I wanted to do with my life. The first job I landed was in property management where I worked for 6 years. While there I was one of the best at balancing our finances and customer relations. During my time in property management I was introduced to acting and I pursued it for a while until I realized my talent for creating would be best utilized behind the camera. I began writing, producing and directing my own shorts with the help of like minded individuals. With Showrunner aspirations, I take every day as a learning experience and take all the knowledge I have gained over my years and apply them to the scripts I write and films I produce.
