About Haley Kline

I am a Senior Hospitality Management major with minors in Entrepreneurship and Honors Interdisciplinary Studies. I currently work at Hotel Madison and RockfishValleyEvents. I started working at Hotel Madison as a front desk agent in August 2021. Since then, I have also started worked in banquets from February-June 2022. Currently, I am a Front Desk Lead. At RockfishValleyEvents, I am an event coordinator, primarily focusing on weddings, but also planning and executing events such as graduation parties. With this, I have also attended multiple wedding expositions, expanding my network greatly. I have both my ServSafe Manager certification as well as my TIPS certification. In addition, I have attended and worked multiple VSAE conferences. I aspire to own my own business one day, but I'd first like to strengthen my skills and expand my network. I have been able to practice my leadership skills through being editor-in-chief of my high school's yearbook, coordinating and executing weddings, and attending three honors leadership seminar classes. I have worked well in a team as an event coordinator with the other two coordinators on our team. I have also shown my hard work and dedication through staying with multiple jobs for long periods of time as well as holding three jobs at once while being a full-time student.
