Previously acted as a Licensed Realtor, Underwriter, Transaction Coordinator, Process Improvement and Research Analyst Professional. My background consists of graduation from Furman University then spending the first few years of my career in Commercial Real Estate before making the transition to Residential Real Estate. Simplifying and improving processes became my passion to understand the clients needs and decliner options that meet their needs and expand upon the requirements they communicate through verbal and non verbal cues of the engagement. Awarded for creating and improving processes throughout each of the organizations I engaged with both internal and external to my employment organization. Inspired by organizations that allow my flexibility and creativity to shine within my desire to innovate whether in process or planning activities.
