Background

About Haley Lamberton

Starting in retail and customer service I quickly developed interpersonal and communication skills, after spending a summer volunteering as coordinator for a rescue triage during the 2017 fire season coordinating care for 100+ farm animals I transitioned into the industrial world which started my career as a labourer. As a labourer I quickly worked my way through all positions in the OSB mill, moonlighting as a millwright, and power engineer on my days off taught me a lot about trades, and maintenance soarming my interest in preventative maintenance and kickstarting my career. I moved into the planning department and began working through the backlog, and getting satay entered into the system, coordinating with management and trades for meetings, and shut down planning. I then shifted into mining, and became a mobile maintenance scheduler where I work closely with mechanics, welders, purchasers and warehouse to streamline the planning of major component changes and preventative maintenance scheduling.
