Hello, my name is Haley. I am a registered nurse licensed in the state of Florida since May 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from USF. I am currently working as a an emergency department nurse at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. I previously worked at Tampa General Hospital as an emergency department nurse as well. My current role as an Emergency department RN over the last year has allowed me to expand as a person and a professional in so many ways. I have gained so much experience in the medical field including heightened critical thinking skills, prioritization, and professionalism on a new scale. Not only have I gained so much confidence in one year as an RN but I feel that I surpassed my expectations for myself in my role as a nurse and will always work to continue to better myself.
