I have an Associate's degree in General Studies from Georgia Highlands College, and I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Health Information Management at Capella University. My core competencies include attention to detail, data entry, and receptionist duties. In my role as an ROI Account Manager, I handle requests for medical records from various entities, such as patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and government agencies. I ensure that the requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner, following the HIPAA guidelines and MediCopy's policies and procedures. I also communicate with the requesters and the providers, resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
