About Haley MacArthy

I am a versatile professional who can take on any role needed to see a project through to completion, including project management, business analysis, quality assurance, change management, data analysis, and training. With a background in recruiting, I love making connections and working with people to create the best solution to a problem or challenge. I also lead a women's employee resource group at Turnberry Solutions called The Women's Collaborative, focused on empowering, connecting, and providing professional development for women and allies. Outside of work, I'm passionate about building community, serving as a Pastoral Council Member at my church, a facilitator for Alpha, and previously 2 years on the Young Professionals Connection of Des Moines Board and 1 year on the leadership team of the Young Catholic Network of Des Moines.
