I have a comprehensive career background in Learning & Development, Program Facilitation, Curriculum Design, Project Management, and Team Leadership. My experience includes managing all stages of developing engaging educational programs, including planning, design, facilitation, and program delivery to educate staff at all levels of the company on safety and violence prevention. My roles have involved conceptualizing, implementing and launching numerous educational programs, including orientations, training sessions, workshops, and conferences. Throughout all these projects, I have directed planning, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, team communications, and performance management. My diverse program management background has included leading the transition to virtual training programs in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, consulting with senior organizational leaders to develop customized training and prevention strategies in response to safety concerns, and launching a new violence prevention alert response program to improve workplace safety. My leadership experience includes managing a team of up to 100 facilitators, including providing orientations and training, delivering coaching and mentoring, evaluating performance, and providing constructive feedback to support ongoing career growth and development. In my role, I have developed and launched new training and orientation programs for my team members, including creating training materials, processes, and tools to rapidly onboard new team members and ensure consistency in program delivery. Throughout my career, I have established a proven track record of conducting needs assessments, designing course content and materials, and delivering engaging presentations to achieve organizational objectives. Highlights of my experiences have included facilitating large-scale and interactive events, such as the annual Violence Prevention course for 300+ resident doctors, as well as delivering interactive presentations and managing technical services at both virtual and in-person conferences.
