About Haley Martell

I've worked in retail for around 15 years now. When I was younger, I always thought of those positions as being "just another job." Little did I know then, that I'd learn a ton - about others, myself, and what kind of work I want to be doing. I've had the pleasure of working for companies that I truly love (both as a consumer and employee). My passion for these companies then translated into responsibilities beyond customer service. In my most recent management role, I've gotten to learn some higher level tasks like marketing, HR, event planning, employee trainings, and more. And I became really passionate about that stuff - all the random and varied behind-the-scenes work that makes a company operate. I take pride in being part of something bigger and helping things run smoothly. Outside of work? I teach yoga, barre, and am loving spending time with my infant daughter, Zora! Thanks for reading!
