About Haley Peel

As an overworked pharmacist, I was ready to quit my job. I was frustrated, exhausted and experiencing burnout more than I cared to admit. I would come home after a long day at work and collapse on the couch. Many days, I was too tired to even order takeout. I used to be passionate about my career, but I felt like I was just going through the motions without any real sense of purpose or fulfillment. I felt stuck in a never-ending cycle of work and responsibilities, with no time for myself or things I truly enjoyed. Something had to change. I infused my life with once or twice a year outdoor adventure trips, which certainly helped. But I found myself living more for those big adventures instead of living my adventure EVERY day. Something was missing but I wasn’t sure exactly what it was or how to get it. It wasn’t until I started working with a coach 3 years ago that my mindset really began to shift. I studied habit change methodology, mindset, and masterful coaching techniques. I began a daily meditation practice and weekly mindful hikes. What I found is that creating your own joy through adventure (a form of self-care) is a KEY step in reclaiming your passion and purpose. I began to feel more joy every day (not just when I would take vacation from work!). After 14 years of going down this path, I now wake up excited and passionate about what I came to do here on this planet. My health has improved, I get restful sleep, my relationships are better…and I can honestly say, I am truly enjoying my journey. I eventually became a certified coach and have been helping people unlock their potential and live a life they love. It would be an honor to do the same for you. I am passionate about holistic healing, personal development, mindset, hiking, adventuring, spirituality, raising consciousness, podcasting, and my goldendoodle, Fitz Roy. I've earned my Health and Life Coaching Certificate, Transformational Coach and Coach Mastery Certificates from Health Coach Institute. My core competencies are connected to leadership, personal growth, wellness, coaching, mentoring, writing, process improvement, hiking. I create content on podcasts and social media platforms.
