About Haley Peterson

A highly motivated and exceptionally detail-oriented team player, skilled with well-rounded expertise in the production of various biological products. I had been working in the Manufacturing and Operations department at Nanostring under the role of a Manufacturing Research Associate I & II over the course of 4.5 years while operating under GLP, GMP, and GDP regulated practices. During this time, my team and I worked on the production of our cancer diagnostic kit lines, such as Prosigna and Lymphmark, utilizing the ISO certified nCounter system at Nanostring. In addition to oligo and protein production and synthesis, I've worked extensively on Lean Principles implemented in a lab setting with an emphasis on data tracking and inventory management. When we introduced our GeoMx platform, I started performing antibody conjugation, HPLC purification, and QC analysis while simultaneously assisting in process transfers and document and calculator development. My role also involved cross-team collaboration with procurement, supply chain, logistics, and R&D teams, specifically for transfer projects and material planning and utilization for large scale manufacturing.
