In my current role as a Clinical Support Rep, I serve as the primary contact for Dentists and Orthodontists, ensuring their confidence in utilizing Medit hardware and software. I specialize in troubleshooting complex case designs, providing software navigation guidance, educating on digital workflows, and ensuring optimal equipment usage for excellent digital records. I leverage my clinical and lab knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service with a customer-centric approach. My skills include supervisory experience, restorative case design and fabrication, proficiency in digital dentistry tools (3Shape, Trios, Medit), and expertise in appliance fabrication techniques such as wire bending, acrylic pouring, finishing, soldering, and welding. Additionally, I excel in leadership, empathy, teamwork, and organization, with proficiency in various software including MeditLink, Zendesk, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Splashtop, and TeamViewer. I possess a deep understanding of dental anatomy, morphology, and terminology, with expertise in areas such as Sleep Apnea, TMJ, Dentures/Partial Dentures, Aligners, Crown/Bridge, Implants, and Functional Orthodontics. Alongside this, I hold a Recognized Graduate (RG) certificate in dental technology, further validating my knowledge and expertise in the field. Currently pursuing my Certified Dental Technician (CDT) designation in Orthodontics, I am committed to ongoing professional development and delivering high-quality service to our valued customers.
