About Haley Saunders

As an Echocardiography technologist registered with both ARDMS and CMRITO gaining experience in the Public Hospital and Private Practice settings, I have been given opportunities to explore other avenues that exist within the Healthcare space, more specifically Healthcare IT, Medical Sales & Clinical Applications, with specific expertise in PACS and various HIS/RIS applications. I am self-motivated and always eager to learn new skills to expand my knowledge and understanding of the needs of patients & families, healthcare providers and organizations as a whole. Working in critical care in a rural setting I’ve learned to think fast on my feet to ensure that patients and their families receive the best possible care,and ensuring the needs of clinicians are being met while optimizing workflows. While I am self-motivated, I also work diligently in a team environment as I am able to organize and prioritize tasks allowing me to not only be a good leader, but also a team player. As someone who has held multiple positions since embarking on my career in Healthcare, I am able to communicate with various demographics and feel comfortable introducing myself to new teams/individuals of different ranks within an organization. I consider myself to be determined and motivated to make things happen, while making a positive difference in the healthcare industry, with a strong desire to continuously learn and better myself at every opportunity. Although I am able to excel while working independently, I am equally capable and eager to collaborate with others, sharing knowledge and working toward achieving common goals.
