About Haley Self

Hi there — I’m Haley Self, a strategic communications and change leader who helps organizations connect people to purpose, navigate transformation, and communicate with impact. With roots in theatre and film, I’ve always believed in the power of story to move people. That foundation shaped how I approach corporate and organizational communications today — blending creativity, empathy, and insight to help leaders and teams make strategy feel human. Currently, I lead large-scale communications and change initiatives as a Senior Manager of Strategy at Integral, partnering with Fortune 500 and nonprofit organizations across industries from technology and financial services to luxury retail and healthcare. I work directly with C-suite leaders and senior teams to design strategies that drive engagement, strengthen culture, and accelerate transformation. Beyond client work, I helped build Integral’s Client Experience framework and AI-enabled tools to scale quality and consistency across the business, and I lead the firm’s internship program to shape and mentor the next generation of communicators. Outside of my agency role, I serve as Vice Chair of IPR NEXT, a national community for emerging communications leaders, where I help grow membership, mentor peers, and connect research to practice. I’m passionate about how communications can influence culture, advance equity, and create lasting change — whether in business, public affairs, or social impact. I thrive where strategy meets storytelling, and where bold ideas meet real human connection. Beyond my work at Integral and IPR NEXT, you might catch me on an architecture tour, an experimental theatre performance, at a local film festival, running on some of Colorado's most stunning trails (or skiing in the winter!), and knitting, crocheting, or refinishing furniture at home -) If you're curious about me, odds are I'm curious about you- let's chat!
