About Haley Smith

I create and execute digital strategies, map customer journeys, research digital behavior and form strong strategy and consultative teams. My clients branch from enterprise level (ConAgra, Accenture, Marriott) to tech enabled power-houses (Pivot Bio, USAFacts, IntelyCare, LivePerson) to cult darlings (Giordano's Pizza, The Onion, Laphroaig). A proud generalist, I go high-level so my teams can go deep. Juggling multiple projects and initiatives, my focus is on the business ecosystem and delivery of results. Elbows deep in the digital waters, I stay fully informed of the changes made to the moveable landscape. Guiding strategic vision and organizing the responsibility matrix always fly to the front of my list. I'm continuing to further integrate my skills set into service design and am focused on people-centric communication plans. Originally from a sleepy lake town in rural Missouri, I moved to the Windy City in 2006 and then bid it adieu in 2018. New to Kansas City, I'm exploring by bike, by foot and by bus. Still looking for the perfect sandwich place where I can enjoy a bite with my partner and three kids.
