About Haley Steele

Haley Steele is a hard worker. No matter what the task, she is up for the challenge. Persistence and perseverance are two of her greatest personality traits along with her sense of integrity and drive to continue learning. Haley graduated from California State University, Stanislaus in the fall of 2019 with a degree in Communications and minor in Journalism. She has the goal of working in the sport industry in the areas of broadcast media, event planning/coordination, community relations, public relations, or journalism. Haley has always been one to seize her opportunities. In high school, she was a member of the leadership team, volunteered 500 hours of her time at Memorial Hospital, and worked at Target. In addition, she was an athlete competing on both the swim team and water polo team, during which she received many academic all-league awards for her academic excellence of upholding a 3.5 GPA or higher while competing in a sport. During her time at CSU Stanislaus, Haley worked as the lead sports reporter and as a member of the editorial team for the university's newspaper, The Signal, as well as for the student run broadcast, Warrior Rewind, as the lead field reporter.
