Working in the food industry I have also learned to engage with costumers, and work around all different kinds of personalities. I also worked in an insurance agency as a part time job which helped me ease into costumer service. My leadership Philosophy A leader is headstrong and knows their values and beliefs. A leader does not stray from their beliefs. A leader is not flexible in their morals. Leaders are able to keep the best interest of those they lead in in mind. A good leader protects those they lead and always maintain the the groups best interest, even if some of the group disagrees.
