Hi, everyone! I'm Haley. I'm currently a full-time student at the California State University, Fresno and will be graduating in May 2022. I will be receiving my bachelor's degree in Business Administration emphasizing in Human Resources Management. Although I may not have experience in Human Resources quite yet, I am open to starting with the lowest level position and working my way up to the top. I need the experience! I have always excelled with my jobs and have been asked to promote relatively quickly but have denied to focus on my education. Once I graduate; however, I am ready to focus on getting my career started! I am seeking a full-time job in a Human Resources Department to enhance my knowledge, skills, and abilities. I am interested in being a Human Resources Generalist in the future and would like to experience what it is like working in all departments and make employees successful, productive, and valued! Without employees, a company cannot maintain a sustainable competitive advantage. I believe employees are the key to organizational success! Outside of HR, I have always been an artistic person. My desired career goal is to open my own art museum intertwined with a late-night café! I hope to showcase artwork from upcoming and aspiring artists, provide entertainment in a community, and to provide a safe-space for everyone involved.
