With over 17 years of experience in IT management, I currently serve as the Assistant Vice President of IT Engineering at SuperApp (YC W18), driving the technology behind a platform that streamlines restocking for minishops (warung) through e-commerce, logistics, and warehousing. I have led diverse engineering, product, and IT teams, including Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA (SQA & SDET), DevOps/SRE, IT Support, Product Management, UI/UX, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Cloud Engineering, Level 2 App Support, Network Engineering, and Customer Service. My leadership spans distributed teams across Bangalore, New Delhi, Bangladesh, Bandung, Jogja, Surabaya, Malang, and Jakarta, managing more than 150 employees. As a former CTO, I continue to oversee IT strategy, agile development, scalable architecture, budgeting & cost management, IT risk & policy, cybersecurity, and hiring.
