I am deeply passionate about leadership and development, especially for women, and I strive to integrate my faith in God into all aspects of my journey. My experiences as a Division 1 beach volleyball player at the University of Arizona shaped my understanding of resilience, teamwork, and discipline. Competing at this level not only refined my athletic skills but also instilled in me a commitment to empowering others, fostering collaboration, and overcoming challenges. After my collegiate athletic career, I transitioned into the medical device industry. In this role, I leveraged my competitive spirit and relationship-building skills to drive sales and deliver innovative solutions to healthcare providers. Here, I recognized the critical importance of mentorship and support systems, especially for women navigating their careers. My faith plays a central role in my leadership philosophy. I believe that true leadership is about serving others, uplifting those around you, and creating opportunities for growth. I actively seek to mentor and inspire women to embrace their strengths and pursue their ambitions with confidence. Through workshops, community outreach, and personal connections, I aim to foster an environment where women can thrive, backed by a supportive network.
