Halie has served on numerous committees for the NEA Board of Realtors throughout the years, including being a co-founder and co-chair for the NEABOR YPN and spearheaded the initiative for implementing the Hall of Fame program. She was named NEA Board of Realtors® Rookie of the Year in 2015, has been recognized as a distinguished member of the Arkansas Realtors Association- Graduate Realtor Leadership Academy (Class of 2017), and has been awarded the Arkansas Realtors Association Award for Excellence every year to date. She has also served on many committees for the Arkansas Realtor Association, most notably the ARPAC and Legislative Committee and the Governing Documents Committee. Halie enjoys giving back to her community, whether it is participating in planning fundraisers, rolling up her sleeves to help flood victims restore their homes, or volunteering for Special Olympics.
