About Halil Radogoshi

I am Senior Advisor in Knowledge Management and Artificial Intelligence at the Swedish Forest Agency. Over more than twenty-five years I have worked with governments, agencies, and organizations across Europe, Asia, and Africa, always with the same focus: helping them take on complex challenges and turn them into sustainable solutions. I use innovative approaches and translate between requirements and technology, making sure we implement just enough of the right tools to create real value. I work with spearhead technology, but always in a way that connects policy with practice and leaves behind solutions that last. My aim is simple: to create value that matters. Alongside my work with technology and strategy, I have a deep passion for mentorship. Sharing knowledge and experience, guiding students and professionals, and seeing others grow is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. For me, innovation is not only about systems and technology, but also about people who feel ready to lead the next step.
