For more than 8 years since the day I started my position at MAY Seed. I have gained deep experience in the fields of production management and team leadership. Currently, as the Regional Manager of Production, I use my planning and persuasion skills to manage teams and bring projects to success. My aim is to provide innovative solutions in the agricultural sector and to develop sustainable production techniques. Currently, I use my diversity and experience to contribute to our team in line with the values and goals that are compatible with the mission and culture of our company.
