I have gained different skills through both frequent workplace and academic settings. When having a role as a manger or supervisor it is important that I presented my teamwork skills to ensure that everyone was involved, and I could work alongside all work colleagues professionally. Enabling me to understand the importance of communicating within the team. Furthermore, when having academic group projects where I worked with different individuals whom have different backgrounds and understandings. I have the ability to use logic as well imagination, to make sense out of situations and come up with suitable solutions while being under pressure. This allows me to actively anticipate potential future problems and act to eliminate them or minimize their effects. Finally. managing time can be difficult when balancing between different jobs, however I have gained a strong understanding of the importance of ensuring everything is completed on time.
