This broad range of experience covers open, restricted access and low income medical schemes.My strong analytical and risk management skills, learnt within complex governance and regulatory environments, has given me insights which have enabled me to interact and negotiate throughout the healthcare system.My analytical experience and deep knowledge of the healthcare system allows me to contribute in developing sustainable healthcare systems, both in the public and private sectors. I am skilled in public speaking and conduct various presentations to Boards of Trustees as well as other professional bodies.I thrive off my high energy levels, tenacity and deep commitment, and this is demonstrated in being able to turn around challenging schemes and manage multiple medical scheme options seamlessly.I care for the people I work and engage with. I do this through mentorship and leadership development. Through these relationships, I am able to instill confidence, inspire trust and garner support for business delivery.
