My experience encompasses booking invoices for the EMEA region, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and process improvements. In addition, I possess valuable experience in indirect procurement and am a certified Lean Green Belt professional. Proficient in using SAP, Ariba, and various ticketing tools, I excel at presenting information clearly and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. My adaptability to new environments, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence are some of my key strengths. My time studying abroad significantly enhanced my language skills and provided me with deep insights into different cultures, enriching my ability to communicate effectively in multicultural settings. I hold a BA in Cultural Studies with a specialization in Far East Asia, focusing on the cultures, history, and politics of East Asian countries, particularly China and Taiwan.
