I attended university where I earned an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Development and a Bachelor's degree in Child Psychology. I did this while raising a young family and a child with special needs. This required excellent time management skills. I also had to use proficient computer literacy skills to earn my degree while pursuing my education online. I also have garnered many great customer service skills while running my own part-time business. I provided personal support to a multitude of different needs. I run a dog walking business. I run a house cleaning service. I provide childcare. I am an amateur baker. I also dog and house sit. During this time I have had to maintain a positive relationships with my clients, coordinate schedules and provide an effective, reliable and efficient product/service. I have spent 3 years working in insurance where I have a proven track record enhancing team performance and member satisfaction through expert problem-solving and effective communication and leveraged organizational skills and technological know-how to streamline processes, achieving significant improvements in quality standards. I have excelled in collaborative environments, demonstrating exceptional time management abilities. I believe I can be an important asset to any employer that wishes to take my skills and apply them to the job they need done.
