Highlighted Projects: • Directed the Salvation Army's CRM solution implementation. • Developed the customer database and CRM infrastructure for Kjedehuset, encompassing about 180 dealers and almost sales representatives across Norway. • Played a pivotal role in Telenor Mobil: • Spearheaded the “Win” project, a major customer acquisition drive. • Managed the “hold” and “win back” campaigns, resulting in significant churn reduction. These were so effective that they were later prohibited in Norway. • Computed the Customer Lifetime Value for Telenor's customer base. • Facilitated the RFI process at Telenor, producing a shortlist of potential new vendors for campaign management and data mining systems.
