I am a Senior Manager with more than 12 years’ experience in legal, contract and team management, last more than seven years specialized in Railway industry (rolling stock and signaling). Since October 2022 I work for Alstom supporting the delivery of projects in Europe - the Fjernbane East trackside and on-board for Banedanmark (Denmark), rolling stock (delivery and maintenace) projects for Deutsche Bahn (Germany) a.c, supporting internal product development projects and key supplier claims as well. I have been working for Ukrainian Railways and my team and I successfully supported the implementation of variety of national and international projects (purchasing the rolling stock and signaling, including projects for its financing on international stock exchange market, implementing new passenger services, and developing under international support the infrastructure of Ukrainian Railways). I have strong negotiation skills and have a good level of oral and written communication in several languages. I developed strong analytical skills with adherence to highest-level confidentiality. I am good in organizing team management based on leadership and respect by setting priorities and I can work under pressure. I have experience in teambuilding from scratch and achieving positive results in a short period of time. At the same time I have the ability and knowledge to perform the role of independent legal adviser for top management of the company. I want to grow and move forward in my career path and open to relocate to Switzerland or Italy
