ICF-certified coach with extensive international experience and a background in law, specializing in leadership and business development to help clients achieve all their hopes, dreams, and goals. My specialization is leadership and business coaching. I am an ambitious advocate of global citizenship, so I help leaders flourish from Asia, Europe to Northern America. I teach at the University of Opole and specialize in Political Sciences and Social Communications. Additionally, I'm an author of soft skills training and speak at international conferences. With two master's degrees (Law and International Relations) and a certification in accounting, I interned with the State Tax Service of Ukraine. As an entrepreneur, I founded a construction firm, collaborating with diverse enterprises across Belgium, Holland, and Poland, utilizing my expertise in law and accounting to champion justice for taxpayers. After conducting 1100+ coaching sessions worldwide, I'm ready to empower personal and professional growth through empathy and effective communication. I help members find their purpose, improve communication and management, achieve work-life balance, and boost confidence.
