Master's degree in Physics of Advanced Technologies at Università di Torino with a thesis at Magna Lighting in Rivoli titled "Research and development of a smart system for automotive lighting". The aim was the research for the design of a system for an automotive application, more in detail a rear fog lamp. The research includes the analysis and identification of the most suitable light source, the optical design of the rear fog lamp, the study of an optical fog sensor for the integration in the rear fog system. Used tools: Programming language Python integrated in the CAD program Rhinoceros, ray-tracing engine SPEOS (OPTIS) integrated in the CAD program CATIA. Bachelor's degree in Physics at Università di Torino with a thesis at the im-3D company in Turin, titled "Classification techniques for automatic detection of microcalcifications in tomosynthesis imaging". The aim of the research was to analyze breast tomosynthesis images for the detection of microcalcifications and/or masses, through the analysis and computing environment MATLAB and the programming language C++. My main interests during my academic experience were focused in solid state physics, but I also wanted to learn more about electronics and the data mining through programming languages. At the end of the university studies my goal was to propose myself in Research and Development both public and private. Formerly I worked as Optical Designer in R&D department of an automotive company: Magna Lighting, in Rivoli. Currently I am working as Lighting Specialist and Optical Designer in the Lighting department of an automotive company, part of VW Group: Italdesign-Giugiaro, in Moncalieri. I am good at teamwork, timely delivery and motivated in problem solving.
