About Hamidullah Barati

I consistently performed and follow approved plans, submittals, RFIs, specifications, and engineer instructions to carry out daily inspection and testing tasks in compliance with industry standards, company regulations, and project requirements. I bring hands-on experience from both international and local construction firms. My background includes ICC inspection and quality control services on major projects such as the Oroville Dam Spillway Emergency Response, PG & E infrastructure works, an 18-story high-rise on O Street in downtown Sacramento, and several other significant developments. I also provided QA/QC inspection services for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects in Afghanistan, serving on-site for over three years. My responsibilities covered various aspects of Army construction, including buildings, roads, water and sewer systems, site development, and related office duties. I am proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project. I hold a four-year Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Herat University in Afghanistan.
