Principal Product Support consultant at Infor My primary role is the delivery of support on the M3 Product line. I work on the Finance Modules, specialising with the areas that interact with the core product. This involves extensive work on BOD issues, integrations to Government interfaces via Infor Localisation services and dealing with Infor Document Management/Context Manager issues. I work extensively with customers implementing on our MT Cloud solution, resolving issues as they arise and managing concerns, be it personally or obtaining the correct resource. The goal here is to ensure the switch to support from implementation is as smooth as possible, with all concerns addressed at the correct part of the implementation cycle. On general M3 support, this requires understanding of M3 financials in detail as typical issues cover data validation, understanding and identifying process errors, education and identification and progression of software defects. This requires replication of issues, identification of software bugs and understanding localised market mods and electronic Invoicing/auditing. Here I work extensively on Brazil (SPED), Mexico(CFDI), Germany(GdPDu) and Italy(SDI)
