Background

About Hamish Johnston

With over three years of experience in sales and project management, I am passionate about delivering value to customers and driving business growth. I have a BA in Social Policy from the University of York, and I have developed expertise in customer relationship management (CRM), analytical skills, and cloud computing services. I am currently a Sales Executive at Faptic Technology. At Faptic Technology, I am responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals with enterprise clients across various industries. I leverage my product knowledge, communication skills, and strategic thinking to identify customer pain points, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts. Previously, I worked at EngageTech, where I progressed from a Senior SDR Leader to a Project Manager, managing critical projects supporting business growth. I led a team of SDRs, booked qualified meetings, and upsold services to a key client, Rackspace. I also managed the opening of two international offices, the company rebrand project, and the implementation of a new Agile Project Management process. I am proud of the results I have achieved, and I look forward to contributing to the success of Faptic Technology and its customers.
